About the Role

Embedded within the Engineering and Maintenance Department, your primary goal will be to establish and oversee a robust regulatory compliance framework and quality management system to support the safe and efficient operation of the airline's fleet. You will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining quality standards to ensure adherence to relevant GACA aviation regulations and standards.

 

This position leads a team of regulatory affairs and quality assurance professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure effective performance and continuous improvement.

 

Your days will be spent honing your fluency in legal jargon and the ability to translate it into recognizable English. Expectedly, you have an ability to recite regulations in your sleep.

About You

Degree qualified, you possess a minimum of 10 years of experience, including 5 years in regulatory affairs and quality assurance conducting audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance assessments. Audit credentials are an absolutely necessity! Knowledge of GACA/EASA/FAA regulatory framework and ICAO and IATA standards.
