Sat within the Digital and Innovation department, this role essentially provides direction and control for the group-wide governance of data. You will primarily be responsible for translating RX’s vision into Data Management and Governance (DMG) initiatives, ensuring the adoption of best practice standards, methods, policies and tools.
Your accountability is twofold, to lead Data Governance projects and ensuring adherence to DMG processes. By collaborating across the business, yours is a task to define DMG policies and lay the foundation by developing a roadmap towards successful execution. You can expect projects such as: business glossary, data catalog, data dictionary, data lineage, data profiling, data observability, data quality and master data management.

Degree qualified, you possess a minimum of 10 years in Enterprise Data Management, Data Governance, Data Security and Privacy, Data Architecture. You would also have demonstrated knowledge of Big Data and Data Governance software (Informatica, Collibra, Microsoft Purview, etc.).
