This is an incredible opportunity to leave your mark on our Loyalty program. Yours is a critical role responsible for applying economic theories and analytical techniques to optimise the design, pricing, and performance of our loyalty offering. This role will optimize member engagement, loyalty, and profitability through data-driven decision-making and strategic insights.
Through the use of econometric modelling and simulation tools, the successful candidate is expected analyse member behaviour, redemption patterns, and the impact of member benefit program features on customer lifetime value. Moreover, you will utilise economic theories, such as demand elasticity and consumer surplus, to inform pricing strategies and incentive structures.
This is a dream job for a data enthusiast who sees the bigger picture and can predict customer behaviour with more accuracy than weather forecasts. Be prepared, you will be diving into data deeper than our planes dive through clouds.
Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of experience in applied economics, pricing analytics or revenue management. You possess strong quantitative skills and proficiency in statistical analysis software (R, Python or Stata), as well as experience with AI and ML models.
