Serving as the primary champion for RX’s most valuable guests, you will partner with internal/external stakeholders to create a product where members are truly recognized, rewarded and engaged thoughtfully at every touchpoint. Our member touchpoints include program partners, digital, contact center, airport and onboard.
You will critically conduct Member Journey Analysis by thoroughly reviewing our member journey, identifying pain points, friction, and opportunities for improvement across all touchpoints. Further, your days will be spent scrutinizing insights and recommendations based on member feedback which will in-turn be integrated such feedback into the design of new features, services, and offerings.
This role will see you analyse data to uncover member insights and trends, helping us stay miles ahead of the competition by crafting unforgettable journeys. Your task is to devise loyalty schemes so addictive, it should come with a warning sign.
Degree qualified, you will demonstrate at least 5 robust years of experience in a CX and customer care role within the travel, telecommunications, hospitality, or retail industries. You would need a solid understanding of designing experiences for high value frequent flyer program members.
