About the Role

In this exciting role, you will take full ownership of the loyalty product lifecycle, from concept to launch. Your mission will be to create impactful, personalised experiences that drive customer retention and deepen brand loyalty, all while collaborating with a diverse set of teams to bring your ideas to life and to develop and refine loyalty features that are engaging, seamless, and innovative.

 

In addition to driving the creation of new features, you will also lead Business Acceptance Testing, ensuring that every new design and functionality meets the highest standards and delivers measurable results. By tracking key performance metrics and leveraging data insights, you will refine and optimize the product, ensuring it stays relevant and effective in an ever-changing market. Exploring emerging technologies like AI-driven personalisation, digital wallets, and blockchain will be essential in this role, to keep our loyalty solutions at the forefront of innovation.

About You

Degree-qualified, you will have at least 7 years of experience in digital product management and a proven track record of managing customer-facing products, with a strong focus on end-to-end product development and scaling growth.

 

You will have proficiency in analytical and reporting/visualization tools to drive data-driven decision-making and will be well-versed in product testing.

 

A deep understanding of the B2C space and customer platforms, combined with a strong history of unlocking product-led growth, is essential.

 

You will be a strategic leader, capable of aligning product teams with broader business goals and driving impactful results.
