In this role, you will take our loyalty program to the next level through high-impact partnerships across lifestyle sectors and be at the forefront of identifying, building, and managing partnerships that deliver exclusive rewards, personalised experiences, and unparalleled value to our members. 

 

You will have an opportunity to work with other exciting teams to seamlessly integrate partners and create innovative campaigns that drive engagement and revenue growth.

 

Your expertise in relationship management will be key to tracking performance, optimising partner benefits, and maintaining strong, lasting collaborations. With a data-driven mindset, you’ll analyze partnership success, refine strategies, and continuously enhance the program’s impact.

About You

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate at least 7+ years of experience in partnership management, business development and loyalty program execution.

 

You will have a proven track record in securing high-impact partnerships, especially within lifestyle sectors such as Financial Services, and a strong ability to drive member engagement through innovative loyalty strategies.

 

Your deep understanding of customer behaviour combined with your ability to structure profitable partnerships and optimise partner relationships will be crucial to your success in this role. 

 

Experience in digital marketing, co-marketing campaigns and program value enhancement will be a valuable asset.
