About the Role

Are you a dynamic leader with a knack for solving complex logistical challenges in high-pressure situations?

 

Yours is a role which will oversee and lead a dedicated team in resolving AOG spare part requirements swiftly and efficiently. This critical role ensures the optimised return to service of grounded aircraft while maintaining the highest standards of safety and operational excellence.

 

In this role, you must collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and OEMs to manage spare part inventory, establish efficient procurement processes, and allocate resources effectively. You will also develop AOG response policies, track key performance indicators, and contribute to budget forecasting thereby minimising operational disruptions.

About You

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 10 years within aviation. Your expertise includes demonstrated experience leading airline spare parts and logistics teams with a proven track record in AOG operations - you’re an expert in managing high-stakes situations.

 

You bring strong problem-solving, project management, and analytical skills, along with a high degree of professionalism and adaptability.
