Are you a detail-oriented procurement professional with a strong background in technical procurement?
In this role you will support the Procurement department in managing purchase requisitions and orders within the Oracle ERP system. Your role is crucial in ensuring timely and accurate processing of procurement activities to meet operational needs.
You will also conduct comprehensive spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities, leveraging benchmarking and data analytics to optimise procurement spending.
Your key responsibilities will include drafting and reviewing bid documents, generating and managing purchase requisitions and orders, and reconciling vendor accounts. You will assist the supply chain division in daily operations, monitor contract execution, evaluate vendor performance, and collaborate with the Accounts Payable team to ensure timely vendor payments.
Additionally, you will liaise with in-house legal counsel to ensure compliance with legal and policy requirements, maintain data integrity across ERP systems, and participate in safety and health initiatives.

Degree qualified, you will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with a preference for experience in the aviation industry. Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP is essential, along with proficiency in the MS Office suite.
Your qualifications should include a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or procurement or supply chain certifications will be a plus.
We are seeking a candidate with strong data analysis skills, experience in contract management, and the ability to evaluate vendor performance. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary for working effectively with cross-functional teams.
