About the Role

Ready to elevate our post-booking servicing experience? 

 

You will own the end-to-end roadmap for our manage order platform, covering digital flows and agent-assisted capabilities such as check-in, rebooking, refunds, disruptions, and order tracking.

 

In this critical role, you’ll define and lead the development of digital and agent-facing tools that enable seamless self-service and efficient support resolution. From refund flows and rebooking to real-time status updates, your work will touch every post-booking interaction.

 

You’ll shape solutions that not only simplify complexity but also drive operational efficiency, reliability, and guest satisfaction at scale.

 

Adept at managing broad stakeholders, you can expect to partner with our UX, Engineering, Commercial, Operations, and Service teams to align priorities and deliver powerful features. Whether it’s improving check-in completion rates or reducing service failure fallout, your impact will be measurable and immediate.

 

Yours is a role to ensure guests remain in control of their journeys from check-in through to disruption handling.

About You

Degree qualified, you will possess a minimum 7 years of experience in post-booking product management, preferably within the airline or online travel agency.

 

Proficiency in defining product roadmaps, writing detailed user stories, and leading agile squads through backlog refinement, sprint planning, and delivery cycles.

 

You bring practical knowledge of Offer & Order architecture, IATA servicing models, and servicing APIs, with the ability to translate complex operational needs into simple, scalable product flows.

 

Familiarity with platforms such as INTERACT or ARDWEB, understanding the importance of platform reliability, incident response, and operational readiness as part of a seamless guest journey.
