Are you an expert in airline staff travel, GDS platforms, group booking systems, and ready to own a high-impact product at scale?
Yours is a role that will see you leading the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and execution of our employee and group travel solutions.
This is more than a traditional product role, you’ll be responsible for creating seamless experiences for staff and group travel by integrating product innovation with operational excellence.
You will drive the roadmap for both self-service and agent-assisted journeys from real-time pricing and booking for employees to automated workflows for group quotes, fare agreements, and post-booking support.
Working at the intersection of Product, HR, Revenue, Operations, and Technology, you will be delivering features that align with industry standards with platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport (Galileo), and group optimisation systems.
Central to this role is the ability to define and monitor KPIs such as booking conversion, fulfilment success to SLA adherence, whilst simultaneously leading feature development, testing, and post-launch service governance.
You will also serve as the product voice in executive committees, vendor negotiations, and service readiness forums.

Degree qualified, you possess a minimum 7 years of experience in product management within airlines, GDS platforms, or travel tech. You bring hands-on expertise in staff travel programs, group bookings, and corporate travel systems.
You are expected to understand the alignment of airline-specific requirements such as eligibility rules, fare construction, dynamic pricing, and crew travel flexibility into intuitive digital journeys across both self-service and assisted channels.
You are fluent in NDC principles, Offer/Order retailing, and fare and policy compliance and you know how to build scalable product features that serve both internal airline users and external group clients.
