About the Company

Riyadh Air (RX), headquartered in the Saudi Capital, is the new national airline that’s shaping the future of flying. It seeks to lead the aviation industry by transforming Saudi Arabia into a global aviation and trade hub – a digitally native airline that will connect the kingdom to more than 100 destinations.

About the Role

Embedded within the Maintenance and Engineering function, yours is a role to ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant deployment of our state-of-the-art fleet, contributing to our overall operational excellence and business goals.

You will develop and manage production schedules and work programs, providing optimal resource allocation and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Critical to your success is the ability to develop schedules and allocate resources (facilities, manpower, parts, materials, tooling, third-party services) to optimise operations and costs, ensuring safe and compliant fleet deployment.

Working closely with the Maintenance teams, you must establish optimal fleet maintenance and performance, whilst driving compliance of safety and airworthiness standards in line with General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) requirements.

In this role, your desk might be on the ground, but your impact soars through the clouds and beyond.

About You

Applicants must possess a B787 AME/A&P License or a high school diploma with a minimum of 5 years of experience in aviation maintenance or planning roles.

You must have demonstrated experience in aircraft maintenance production planning, modifications, upgrade programs, and project management.

We’d love to hear from you even more if you have AMOS maintenance management system proficiency.

This is your opportunity to shape the future of air travel. Bring your best and show us why you can own this position within Riyadh Air.
