About the Role

Are you a legal expert with a deep understanding of aircraft finance?

 

 

In this role you will manage and support all legal and contractual matters related to aircraft and asset finance. Your role involves structuring and negotiating complex contracts, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations, and aligning legal, financial, and commercial interests across the company’s financing portfolio.

 

You will provide expert legal advice, oversee due diligence processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise contract outcomes. Additionally, you will engage with external stakeholders, ensuring that all legal aspects of aircraft transactions are handled efficiently.

 

About You

 

You will have a minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience in aviation or asset finance, with a strong track record in negotiating cross border transactions. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) or equivalent legal qualification, and membership in a recognised bar association.

 

We seek candidates with excellent drafting skills, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to manage multiple high stakes projects. You should have a proactive approach to decision making and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
