We're seeking a dynamic individual to spearhead complex, high-impact initiatives that will keep our guests moving smoothly across our network.
In this crucial role, you will lead strategic hub development projects from concept to completion, optimising passenger flow, aircraft movements, and operational efficiency.
You will be responsible for the development of airport assets to be utilised over the short, medium and long term. Assets include home base at King Khalid International Airport, as well as outstations to support the development of our network to achieve 100 destinations by 2030.
As a key focal point, you will be our go-to and manage a multi-disciplinary team to curate and deliver memorable experiences at every touchpoint embodying Saudi Hafawa hospitality.
Your data-driven nature and smooth well-honed communication skills will be key towards managing internal and external stakeholders.
This isn’t just another project, rather this is mission-critical and will shape the first impressions and experiences at our new home and international outstations - and we want you at the helm.
Degree qualified, you will demonstrate at least 10 years of sound experience in project and portfolio management. Further, you are expected to possess a minimum of 3 years at managerial level.
Importantly, your experience must contain significant experience in aviation-related fields such as airlines, airports, OEMs, national aviation authorities, etc.
You will have developed a deep understanding of airport infrastructure development, together with experience of project managing airport transitions and operational rollouts.
