In this role, you will be tasked with developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive training programs and standards for airport operations and third-party ground handling personnel, driving continuous improvement and performance enhancement.
Central to this role is ensuring Ground Operations staff are well-trained, adhere to industry standards, and contribute to the overall safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of activities.
As a subject matter expert, you will ensure that all training, processes, and performance initiatives align with top-tier industry standards, such as IATA, IOSA, and ISAGO, promoting a proactive safety and quality assurance culture throughout the organisation.

Degree qualified, you will bring a minimum of 15 years of experience in aviation ground operations with at least 5 years dedicated to operational excellence on the ground. Your ability to translate complex safety protocols into engaging conversations and actionable strategies will set you apart.
