About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate professional to join our team and play a key role in managing flight disruptions, handling customer reservations, and ensuring exceptional service across all touchpoints.

 

In this role, you’ll coordinate with teams like Scheduling, Operations, PRM, and Digital Assistance to manage rebookings, cancellations, and customer support with efficiency and care. You'll also help drive innovation in reservation systems, ensuring compliance, safety, and top-notch customer experiences.

 

If you’re detail-oriented, tech savvy, and passionate about delivering seamless travel experiences, this role is for you!

About You

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of relevant CRC experience.

 

You are expected to possess strong knowledge of Inventory and Reservation systems.

 

We’d love to hear from you even more if you are certified on Inventory systems, disruption management and compliance management.
