This role will involve designing and delivering key performance metrics, initiating market research initiatives, and driving continuous improvement across our Ground & Lounge services team.
A key responsibility in this role is conducting extensive competitor, market, and customer analysis, as well as designing service level agreements to drive continuous improvement across the Ground & Lounge experience.
You will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data, and producing insights driven by data. You will also research and present market and competitor analysis, all while continually striving to innovate, develop, and implement data collection methodology and strategy.

Degree-qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, data analysis, product design, or a similar role.
