Are you a well-versed aviation leader with a proven track record of managing complex aircraft delivery programmes and operational readiness?
Yours is a role that will see you lead the end-to-end delivery, integration, and entry into service of our new fleet including Boeing 787s and Airbus A321neos. In this high-impact leadership role, you will serve as the airline’s primary interface with OEMs and BFE suppliers, ensuring aircraft are delivered to exact specifications, on time, and ready for immediate operational deployment.
You will oversee cross-functional planning across technical, operational, and commercial teams to ensure seamless aircraft integration and certification. From pre-delivery oversight at final assembly lines to managing aircraft transition at title transfer, your leadership will be instrumental in bringing Riyadh Air’s next-generation fleet to life.

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate at least 10 years of senior-level experience in airline fleet management, aircraft programme delivery, and entry into service operations.
You’ll bring a strong mix of technical, commercial, and regulatory know-how, with the confidence to lead teams, manage complex negotiations, and deliver results across global stakeholders.
Experience in airline technical operations, fleet programmes, or OEM/lessor delivery teams, with direct experience in managing Boeing 787 and/or Airbus A321 aircraft is preferred.
