Take on a pivotal role overseeing all administrative tasks related to crew and flight dispatch licensing, while managing essential documentation for crew members.
You’ll be responsible for managing all administrative functions related to aircrew and flight dispatch licensing, while ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards.
Your role will involve managing the complete licensing process, maintaining precise records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing all mandatory crew documentation such as visas, medical certificates, renewals, endorsements, and training records.
Importantly, your stakeholder management skills must be well-honed as you will communicate with the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA), other authorities and internal departments such as Training and Regulatory Affairs to ensure procedural consistency and policy alignment.

A minimum high school qualification, you will have at least 2 years of sound experience in aviation administration.
Critical to your success are bilingual (Arabic/English) skills and a deep understanding of aviation regulations, compliance, and licensing requirements, especially those mandated by GACA or other relevant regulatory bodies.
