You will be tasked with ensuring regulatory compliance by delivering hands-on and digital learning experiences, supporting system rollouts, and aligning with global aviation standards.
In this collaborative role, you will be at the forefront of enhancing team performance, standardising best practices, and pioneering innovation through state-of-the-art training tools such as e-learning, AR/VR, and mobile technologies.

You’ll work closely with frontline teams, tech partners, and regulatory bodies to drive training innovation, support operational excellence, and champion digital transformation across our stations.

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate at least 7 years of relevant experience in airline airport services or ground handling environment, and 5 years of training experience with airport operations, passenger, and baggage handling.
Your experience will include aircraft weight, balance handling, training, DCS development, UAT, PNRGOV, APP, BRS, and Offer and Order Management Systems (OOMS).
We’d love to hear from you even more if you have experience in passenger handling procedures, ground operations management, and have Train the Trainer certification from a recognised institution.
