We’re seeking an energetic and innovative leader to take charge of our digital sales platforms, managing them 24/7 across web, mobile, kiosks, and third-party integrations.
In this vital role, you will take the reins on operational support, incident management, and comprehensive testing for all customer-facing digital channels, ensuring secure transactions, high performance, and unforgettable user experiences.
You’ll lead a global support team, manage incident response, and oversee quality assurance for every digital release.
Expect to manage cross-functional testing cycles, guide payment system validation, and collaborate closely with Product, IT, and Commercial teams to ensure our digital touchpoints are always live, fast, and reliable.
You will also engage with analytics tools like heatmaps, A/B testing, and monitoring dashboards to optimise engagement and conversion across platforms.

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum 8 years of professional experience in digital/eCommerce operations, with at least 3years managing 24/7 support teams and digital platform stability.
