In this role, you’ll collaborate with business teams, manage external content providers, and ensure high quality, on-time learning solutions that meet real workforce needs.
From identifying training gaps to managing content lifecycles, you’ll play a key role in building a culture of continuous learning and capability development across the organization.
You will manage learning projects from start to finish, from design briefs to quality checks, helping shape a workforce that is prepared for the future through engaging and high impact learning.
If you believe learning should be smart, seamless, and strategic then this role is made for you.
Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum 5 years of proven expertise in digital and blended learning program design, and at least 2 years of experience at a supervisory level.
Experience working within aviation-related fields or consulting experience will be viewed favourably.
