Ready to lead the delivery of essential airline operations systems at Riyadh Air?
You will drive the implementation of core systems across flight operations, crew management, maintenance, operations control, and load planning. This includes platforms such as Jeppesen, AIMS, AMOS, TRAX, EFBs, and OCC tools.
Working with Product Managers, you will align programme plans with launch and operational goals. You will lead teams, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure high quality delivery across all projects.
You will work closely with internal teams and external partners, provide updates to leadership, and ensure full compliance with aviation regulations and company standards.

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the delivery of complex technology programmes across airline operations, with a focus on systems integration and digital transformation.
You will have over 10 years of experience in programme management within aviation, airline, or transport sectors, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role managing cross-functional teams and multi-vendor environments.
You bring a strong track record in vendor management, stakeholder engagement, and aligning IT with business goals. Your expertise includes programme planning, financial oversight, and risk management within regulated settings.
A solid understanding of aviation compliance and operational readiness is essential.
A bachelor’s degree in operations, computer science, engineering, or a related field is required. A master’s degree or PMP certification is preferred.
This is a full-time, onsite role in Riyadh on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
