We're looking for a skilled professional to lead the transformation of how our digital and technology teams work, deliver, and collaborate.
You’ll drive Agile transformation, coach teams and leaders in frameworks like SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban, and help embed a culture of continuous improvement.
From running key ceremonies like PI Planning to improving use of tools such as Jira and ADO, you’ll play a hands-on role in boosting delivery performance.
Yours is a role that will work closely with portfolio, PMO, and architecture teams to align strategy and delivery, while building a strong Agile community across the organisation.

Degree qualified, you are well-equipped with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including 5 years in Agile coaching roles within digital product delivery.
Your expertise should include hands-on experience facilitating large-scale PI Planning sessions and leading Agile Release Trains (ARTs) or equivalent structures.
