About the Role

Are you an experienced cybersecurity professional with a passion for innovation, transformation, and drive enterprise-wide impact?

 

In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to the CISO, supporting the execution of Riyadh Air’s cybersecurity strategy and ensuring alignment with wider business priorities.

 

You will lead cross-functional projects, enable innovation while embed governance, resilience, and transformation across the organization.

 

Your key responsibilities will include coordinating strategic planning and executive reporting, driving special projects that modernize the cybersecurity operating model, and managing governance structures that ensure accountability and transparency.

 

You will scout emerging security technologies, measure success through KPIs, and help foster a culture of agility, collaboration, and user-centric security.

 

Additionally, you will serve as a key communicator across stakeholders from board members and regulators to business leaders ensuring trust, alignment, and clarity in cybersecurity initiatives.

About You

With a bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Business, or a related field, you will bring at least 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, enterprise technology, or strategic program management.

 

Professional certifications such as CISSP and CISM are essential, with program management qualifications (e.g., PMP, SaFe).

 

You will have a proven track record in leading complex, cross-functional projects and innovation programs within global organizations. Experience managing executive communications, working with risk frameworks (NIST, ISO, etc.), and driving transformation initiatives are key.

 

We are looking for a confident communicator and critical thinker who thrives under pressure, builds trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, and has the adaptability to navigate complex, evolving environments.

 

 

This is a full-time, onsite role in Riyadh on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
