We are looking for an Operations Support Officer to join our team at Riyadh Air and ensure seamless administrative and operational workflows.
You'll be the strategic architect of our operational excellence, transforming documentation, digital platforms, and cross-team communication into a powerhouse of efficiency and innovation.
In this role, you will work directly with internal stakeholders to collect data, analyse trends, and support continuous improvements in our operational processes.
You will also oversee important documentation such as medical certificates, attendance records, and audit reports, ensuring that all information remains accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with internal and regulatory standards.
Your efforts will be central to improving the overall employee experience by coordinating operational processes, facilitating licensing and certification activities, and supporting internal communications during both regular operations and emergency situations.

Diploma qualified, you will demonstrate at least 4 years of experience in operations support, communications, or a similar administrative role.
