We’re looking for an organised, people-oriented individual to oversee the end-to-end onboarding journey for all new hires exemplifying our authentic Hawafa hospitality.
In this role, you’ll ensure a seamless transition for employees joining us from managing the pre-boarding logistics and inductions to coordinating with internal teams and external agencies.
You’ll act as the main point of contact for new joiners, ensuring all operational, cultural, and administrative needs are met with care and precision.
Critically, you’ll manage the Riyadh Air Welcome Hub, oversee orientation sessions, and work closely with departments across the organisation to align onboarding processes with company culture and compliance standards.
From maintaining accurate master data to preparing onboarding reports and presentations for leadership, your work will directly shape how new employees experience the brand from day one.

Degree qualified, you are expected to demonstrate a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in onboarding.
