About the Role

Are you a data-driven marketing leader who thrives on combining analytics, technology, and creativity to deliver personalized experiences?

 

In this pivotal role, you will lead the strategy, development, and execution of personalization and segmentation frameworks, unlocking deep customer insights that power meaningful engagement and measurable commercial results.

 

You'll be required to define customer segmentation principles based on behavioral data, market specificities, and business objectives, developing targeted strategies that ensure precision in communication, content, and experience.

 

Additionally, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams in marketing, product, guest experience, and analytics, you will implement scalable use cases for audience segmentation and personalization across digital channels including web and mobile.

 

Critically, you'll oversee data modeling, predictive segmentation, and performance analysis, transforming insights into actionable marketing strategies.

About You

Degree qualified, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing, analytics, audience segmentation, or personalization.

 

You'll bring a proven record in designing and executing segmentation and personalization strategies within B2C, e-commerce, or digital environments by integrating CRM, marketing automation, and analytics capabilities to drive engagement and loyalty.

 

Additionally, be highly skilled in data analysis, customer insights, and predictive modeling, with hands-on experience using segmentation and personalization tools such as Adobe Target and analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.

 

Importantly, yours is a role with strong leadership and collaboration skills with multiple stakeholders across Marketing, Product, and Data teams to deliver cohesive, targeted experiences.
