You will drive backlog prioritisation, stakeholder engagement, and delivery planning, while analysing current processes and designing improved workflows that enhance efficiency and business outcomes.
Central to your success in this role, you will act as the link between business stakeholders and engineering teams, translating needs into clear, actionable requirements. Moreover, defining and documenting business and user requirements to ensure clarity, completeness, and alignment with operational objectives.
Importantly, owning and supporting backlog management, ensuring priorities reflect business value and strategic goals. Supporting delivery teams to ensure solutions are aligned with business processes, platform standards, and desired outcomes.
