About the Role

Are you a technically strong accounting professional with deep expertise in IFRS and statutory reporting?

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering IFRS‑compliant statutory financial statements across monthly, quarterly, half‑year, and annual reporting cycles.

You will provide strong technical oversight across areas such as fixed assets, project accounting, lease accounting, expected credit loss modelling, and other complex transactions, ensuring accurate recognition, measurement, presentation, and disclosure.

You will coordinate closely with finance teams, operating units, auditors, and group reporting stakeholders to ensure completeness and accuracy of statutory reporting submissions.

You will lead technical accounting analyses, maintain robust documentation, and support audit processes by preparing high‑quality schedules, reconciliations, and position papers.

The role also involves monitoring IFRS developments, assessing their potential impact on statutory reporting, advising stakeholders on technical accounting matters, and contributing to process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency, control, and reporting quality.

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a technically demanding finance environment where high‑quality statutory reporting supports transparency, compliance, and strong financial governance.

About You

Degree qualified, you will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial accounting, statutory reporting, or external audit, with strong exposure to IFRS‑compliant financial statements and complex accounting areas.

A professional accounting qualification such as SOCPA, CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent is required.

You are expected to have proven experience preparing statutory financial statements, supporting consolidation and intercompany processes, and working within regulated or multi‑entity environments.

We'd love to hear from you even more if you have confidence working with auditors and senior stakeholders, and a proactive approach to process improvement and automation are essential.

This is your opportunity to shape the future of air travel. Bring your best and show us why you can own this position within Riyadh Air.
