Are you ready to lead tool stores and GSE operations that provide critical support to line maintenance activities?
You will be directly responsible for tool stores and GSE operations, providing essential tool and GSE support to line maintenance activities for Riyadh Air's fleet. This role ensures compliance with GACA requirements and industry standards while observing all company safety procedures.
In this role, you will manage tool storage and provide direction to the team designated for tool control and management, ensuring all tools available in stores are in serviceable condition in accordance with GACA regulations. You will monitor and ensure all tools and test equipment are calibrated at defined intervals, while developing progressive relationships with maintenance managers to improve stores approach and support to engineering and maintenance activities.
You can expect to control and manage tool stores activities relating to storekeeping, tools handling, handling techniques, tools segregation, storage conditions, packaging, shelf-life control, calibration program control, and data integrity. You'll implement policies and procedures with clear objectives aligned with company procedures and GACA regulations, plan for continuous improvement of storage areas, resources, training, and system supports, and champion best industrial practices relating to quality, health and safety, and security.
This is a critical role where your leadership and operational expertise will directly enhance maintenance efficiency, tool availability, and Riyadh Air's commitment to operational excellence and safety standards.
Diploma's degree in aviation management, engineering, or a related field, you will demonstrate 5 years of working experience from the Airline, MRO, or Aerospace industry with a minimum of 3 years rich experience in management of Supply Chain, Material, or Logistics sections, along with a proven track record in project and people management.
You are expected to possess strong problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and exceptional attention to detail essential for managing calibration programs and inventory control. You will bring excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and develop teams effectively, along with a highly elevated level of professionalism and strong work ethic in a fast-paced operational environment.
