About the Role

Are you passionate about optimizing short-term maintenance operations and ensuring seamless coordination across line, light, and AOG maintenance activities?

You will be responsible for planning, control, and management of all Short-Term Maintenance, Line, Light & AOG Maintenance Planning to ensure a safe, compliant, sustainable, and operationally world-class airline.

In this role, you will forecast and schedule Line, Light & AOG maintenance, liaising with Production Planning to ensure correct provisioning and coordination of required materials, tooling, and resources. You can expect to support the maintenance and engineering functions in the safe and compliant deployment of the fleet, contribute to daily meetings with relevant stakeholders to confirm work programming, and assist the Manager Short-Term Maintenance Planning with daily operations and Production operation queries. You'll develop strong working relationships and data sharing with MCC and Production Planning teams to ensure ongoing fleet maintenance and performance is optimal, ensure appropriate team interfaces are in place to support 24/7 uninterrupted operations, and establish, maintain, and control safety and airworthiness standards for the company fleet to best practice standards in conformance with GACA requirements.

This is a critical role where your planning expertise will directly enhance maintenance efficiency, fleet availability, and Riyadh Air's commitment to operational excellence and world-class standards.

About You

You are expected to possess strong problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and exceptional attention to detail essential for creating effective maintenance schedules and work scopes. You will bring excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with MCC, Production Planning teams, and stakeholders, along with a high level of professionalism and strong work ethic in a fast-paced operational environment.

We'd love to hear from you even more if you possess experience coordinating AOG situations, familiarity with GACA requirements and airworthiness standards, and proficiency in both English and Arabic languages.
