Officer II Technical Training Records

Are you highly organised and passionate about ensuring technical training compliance in a fast-paced aviation environment?

We are looking for a professional to coordinate and administer technical training programmes and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) within the Engineering & Maintenance division.

This role is responsible for ensuring training content remains current, records are accurate and all technical staff maintain compliance with regulatory and company requirements.

You will plan and schedule training activities covering aircraft type training, regulatory courses, safety programmes and company procedures, ensuring smooth coordination across operational teams and external providers.

You will administer the LMS, maintain accurate training records and monitor license, certification and recurrent training validity to ensure proactive renewals and full compliance with aviation regulations set by the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA), European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). 

The role also includes generating compliance reports for management and audits, liaising with training providers and regulators, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across training administration processes.

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 3 years in training coordination, LMS administration, or technical records management within an airline or MRO environment.
