Riyadh Air (RX), headquartered in the Saudi Capital, is the new national airline that's shaping the future of flying. It seeks to lead the aviation industry by transforming Saudi Arabia into a global aviation and trade hub - a digitally native airline that will connect the kingdom to more than 100 destinations.
Are you an aviation engineer with a passion for aircraft production, delivery, and fleet excellence? Join our team and play a pivotal role in bringing Riyadh Air's brand-new Airbus fleet to life.
As Engineer II - Airbus Production & Asset Management, you will be responsible for supervising and managing the production, customisation, and delivery of our new narrow and wide body aircraft - the A321neo and A350XWB. From the factory floor to final acceptance, you will ensure every aircraft meets our technical specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Your responsibilities will span production monitoring at Airbus manufacturing sites, pre-delivery inspections, acceptance testing, lease agreement compliance, and heavy maintenance oversight. You will coordinate with GACA for airworthiness certification, manage lease inception and return projects, and serve as a key technical liaison between Riyadh Air, lessors, OEMs, and regulatory authorities.
Strong project management capabilities, deep knowledge of Airbus aircraft systems, and the ability to manage complex cross-functional programmes are essential.
If you're ready to be part of building an airline from the ground up and leave your mark on every aircraft that joins our fleet, we want to hear from you!
You must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering, or an AME License, preferably on the A321neo and A350XWB, along with a minimum of 10 years' experience in aircraft production, maintenance, delivery, and lease management within a large organisation.
A B1 License on the A321neo and A350XWB is required. In-depth knowledge of aircraft manufacturing processes, aviation regulations, and lease return conditions is essential, as is demonstrated experience managing delivery and lease transition projects end-to-end.
We're looking for someone with sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, strong project management discipline, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment. Excellent communication skills and the confidence to represent Riyadh Air with manufacturers, lessors, and regulatory bodies are key to success in this role.
Flexibility to travel to manufacturing sites domestically and internationally, and adaptability to varying project schedules and time zones, are also required.
This is your opportunity to shape the future of air travel. Bring your best and show us why you're the right fit for Riyadh Air.
