Are you passionate about optimizing AMOS systems and driving digital transformation in aviation maintenance operations?
You will be responsible for supporting the AMOS Competence Centre Manager for overall functioning of the AMOS application, end user training, and AMOS technical support functions within Riyadh Air. You'll ensure all newly implemented processes are in line with Riyadh Air's overarching strategy, mission, and vision of becoming a pioneer in the aviation ecosystem by leveraging latest technology trends, sustainability, and the best innovation strategies available.
In this role, you will establish, maintain, and control safety and airworthiness standards for the company fleet to best practice standards in conformance with GACA requirements, develop, implement, and maintain robust reporting tools for the AMOS delivery and implementation program to ensure on-time deployment of the fleet, and maintain robust processes and procedures that ensure AMOS remains current with software updates planned and carried out with minimal downtime.
You can expect to ensure effective interfaces with SWISS AS are established and maintained to develop an effective support relationship with the developer, ensure effective interfaces with the Riyadh Air IT team for managing and analyzing system performance, faults, hardware and network issues, software bugs and capacity limitations, and support development and implementation of the AMOS user training program and best practice guides including user testing programs for new changes and app development. You'll develop suitable reporting tools to support operational reporting and dashboard requirements, while supporting performance delivery aligned with the AMOS CC team goals that aim to exceed the Riyadh Air business plan and KPI requirements.
This is a critical role where your AMOS expertise and technical skills will directly enhance system performance, user capability, and Riyadh Air's digital transformation journey.
Formal qualification in Aviation, Engineering, IT, or other nationally recognized qualification, you will demonstrate 10+ years of progressive experience in an AMOS Competence Centre or as AMOS Admin, with completion of a wide range of AMOS APN/module training and demonstrated AMOS SQL report design experience.
You are expected to possess knowledge of PowerBI tools to design reports for technical operations, with strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking essential for managing system performance and developing reporting solutions. You will bring excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with SWISS AS, IT teams, and end users, along with a high level of professionalism and strong work ethic in supporting digital transformation initiatives.
