Can you lead configuration control with the precision needed to keep a modern airline safe, compliant and fully operational?
We are looking for an engineering professional to provide strategic leadership for the Configuration Control team within Engineering & Maintenance Technical Services.
This role is responsible for the accurate planning, control and governance of all aircraft and component configurations within the Maintenance Information System (MIS), ensuring the highest standards of data integrity, regulatory compliance and operational readiness.

Working closely with Airworthiness, Maintenance Planning and Strategic Planning teams, you will manage configuration changes, Service Bulletins and modifications, ensuring timely implementation and accurate technical record updates.
You will drive compliance with General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) regulations and OEM requirements, oversee validation of time-controlled components and shop visit records, and ensure the integrity of fleet configuration trees at all times.
In addition, you will lead continuous improvement initiatives, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and build a high-performing team aligned to business growth and operational demands.
Control the configuration so every aircraft performs exactly as it should, every time.
Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in aviation configuration control or configuration management, ideally within a leading commercial airline, OEM, or MRO.
You are expected to have demonstrated proficiency in AMOS (or equivalent Tier-1 Maintenance Information Systems), aligning with global best practices where data accuracy, traceability, and system integration are critical to maintaining airworthiness and operational efficiency. As well as success in overseeing configuration control programs, including the planning and execution of modifications, upgrades, and service bulletin implementations.
We’d love to hear from you even more if you have a track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with international regulatory standards.
