About the Company

Riyadh Air (RX), headquartered in the Saudi Capital, is the new national airline that's shaping the future of flying. It seeks to lead the aviation industry by transforming Saudi Arabia into a global aviation and trade hub – a digitally native airline that will connect the kingdom to more than 100 destinations.

About the Role

Are you passionate about technical excellence and developing the next generation of aviation professionals?

You will deliver world-class technical instruction on aircraft systems, with a focus on cockpit procedures and simulator-based training that ensures operational safety and airworthiness across our fleet.

In this role, you will take ownership of classroom and simulator training delivery, designing and updating technical courseware, and assessing trainee competencies to the highest regulatory standards. You will collaborate with training management, engineering teams, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with GACA, EASA, FAA, and ICAO requirements while supporting recurrent, type-rating, and system-specific training programs.

You can expect to shape the learning journey of engineers and technicians, drive instructional innovation, develop engaging simulator scenarios, and maintain training materials that reflect the latest fleet modifications and industry best practices.

This is a critical role where your expertise will directly enhance operational excellence, safety standards, and Riyadh Air's commitment to building a highly skilled technical workforce.

About You

Diploma or degree qualified in Aviation Maintenance, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related discipline, you will demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in aircraft systems instruction, maintenance training, or simulator instruction within an airline, OEM, or approved training organization.

You are expected to possess proven experience in delivering cockpit procedure training and simulator-based sessions, with a strong background in aviation technical training and regulatory compliance. You will also bring instructor training certification (Train the Trainer or Instructional Techniques Course) and hold a GACA, EASA, FAA, or ICAO Type II license.

We'd love to hear from you even more if you possess type-rating or aircraft-specific training approvals, advanced instructional design qualifications, and hands-on experience with multiple aircraft fleet types and simulator platforms.

This is your opportunity to shape the future of air travel. Bring your best and show us why you can own this position within Riyadh Air.
