You will own the end-to-end production and delivery process for Riyadh Air's narrow and wide body aircraft, with specific focus on the A321neo and A350XWB series. This is where engineering excellence meets operational reality, where your oversight ensures every aircraft meets our exacting standards before it joins our fleet.
In this role, you will take ownership of the entire production lifecycle, working directly with Airbus and internal stakeholders to monitor manufacturing schedules, oversee quality standards, and coordinate seamless aircraft deliveries. You can expect to lead pre-delivery inspections and acceptance flights, manage aircraft customization to Riyadh Air specifications, and integrate new aircraft into operational service.
You will serve as the critical bridge between our Engineering and Maintenance Department and aircraft manufacturers, driving process improvements, resolving production challenges, and ensuring every milestone is met on time and to specification. Your leadership will directly shape our fleet readiness, operational excellence, and Riyadh Air's ambitious growth trajectory.

Degree qualified in Aerospace Engineering, Aviation Management, or a related field, you will demonstrate a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in aircraft production, delivery, or fleet management, with hands-on expertise in narrow and wide body aircraft.
You are expected to possess a strong understanding of aircraft manufacturing processes, aviation regulations including aircraft certification and registration, and thorough knowledge of quality management systems. You will bring proven leadership capabilities, having managed cross-functional teams through complex technical programs.
We'd love to hear from you even more if you possess Airbus A321neo and A350XWB B1 type expertise, or bring additional language skills beyond English proficiency. Your excellent negotiation, communication, and project management abilities will be essential, as will your flexibility to travel internationally to manufacturing sites as required.
