About the Company

Riyadh Air (RX), headquartered in the Saudi Capital, is the new national airline that’s shaping the future of flying. It seeks to lead the aviation industry by transforming Saudi Arabia into a global aviation and trade hub – a digitally native airline that will connect the kingdom to more than 100 destinations.

About the Role

Can you ensure seamless crew readiness by building stable, compliant rosters that keep our aviation operations running without disruption?

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to support our Crew Control Pre-Operations by safeguarding roster accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational readiness ahead of Day of Operations.

In this dynamic role, you will prepare and maintain crew rosters, standby coverage, and planning system updates to ensure a smooth operational handover, while optimising crew availability and maintaining world class planning standards.

Daily, you'll be a strategic navigator, diving deep into roster data, crew dynamics, and schedule intricacies to proactively mitigate risks, optimize crew utilization, and architect roster stability across every operational planning dimension.

Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will coordinate training schedules, manage crew pairings and standby allocations, and ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks including FDTL, fatigue risk standards, and international aviation requirements.

In addition, you will resolve roster conflicts, support last minute operational adjustments, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending data driven enhancements.

You will also play a key role in communicating operational updates, preparing readiness reports, and advising planning and training teams on compliance, constraints, and optimisation opportunities.

By wielding precision through meticulous data management, masterful stakeholder orchestration, and unwavering operational discipline, you'll be the strategic architect ensuring every flight takes wing with the perfect crew, precisely timed, fully compliant, and primed for excellence.

Keep operations moving with precision, so every journey begins with confidence and control

About You

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 4 years of experience in crew operations, scheduling, or planning within the airline industry.

You will have a strong understanding of aviation regulations, crew management systems, and operational planning processes, with the ability to maintain compliance in a fast paced, high stakes environment.

You are comfortable analysing data, identifying trends, and translating insights into practical solutions that improve roster stability and operational performance.

We’d love to hear from you even more if you have experience in training coordination, system optimisation, or contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within crew operations.

This is your opportunity to play a critical role in delivering operational excellence and shaping the future of air travel. Bring your expertise and show us why you can own this position within Riyadh Air.
