This role demands a meticulous professional committed to maintaining the highest standards of crew readiness.

 

In this critical role, you will be responsible for the accurate, timely, and compliant administration of all training records related to Flight Crew and Cabin Crew. You will verify that all regulatory, internal, and documentation is securely maintained, updated, and readily available for operational and audit requirements. 

 

Your days will be spent ensuring that all qualifications, currencies, and training expiries are accurately tracked, enabling our airline keep operations safe, legal, and audit-ready.

 

As the central conduit, you will organise, secure, and maintain training records with full traceability and version control, as well as collaborate across teams working closely with Trainers and Instructors to collect and finalise training documentation in a timely manner.

 

Naturally, you can expect to apply strict confidentiality and data-protection practices to safeguard sensitive personnel records, because trust is non-negotiable.

About You

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of experience in training records management, crew training administration, or regulatory compliance.

 

You are expected to have demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a multinational and fast-paced work environment.

 

We’d love to hear from you even more if you have familiarity with airline training programs, qualification tracking, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., GACA Part 121, IOSA standards). 


Experience working with Training Management Systems (TMS) or crew qualification software is a strong preference for the ideal candidate.
