Can you keep a global airline’s operation steady when every minute counts?
We are looking for a Senior Officer Network Control to play a critical role within the Integrated Operations Control Centre (IOCC), supporting the Shift/Duty Manager in managing complex operational scenarios, disruption recovery, and schedule optimisation to protect network integrity and performance.
In this role, you will monitor live operational data, identify emerging risks, and coordinate cross functional stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant recovery actions during both normal and irregular operations.
You will analyse real time flight, schedule, and disruption data to support rapid decision making, providing clear recommendations and operational insights to the IOCC leadership team.
Your ability to interpret complex scenarios will directly contribute to minimising disruption impact and maintaining service reliability across the network.
Working within a tightly regulated aviation environment, you will ensure operational data integrity, maintain accurate records of all actions taken, and support audit readiness and post event analysis.
You will also play a key role in communicating real time operational status updates to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and situational awareness across the operation.
Through structured readiness checks, operational coordination, and continuous monitoring of network performance, you will help strengthen resilience, protect schedule integrity, and support continuous improvement across IOC processes.

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 4 years of experience in operational control, IOCC or OCC environments, including proven exposure to disruption management and schedule recovery within a complex airline operation.
You bring a strong understanding of aviation regulatory frameworks, operational standards, and safety critical environments, and you are confident working in high pressure, time-sensitive situations where accuracy and judgement are essential.
You have experience analysing complex operational data and translating it into clear, actionable insight that supports decision-making and improves performance outcomes.
You demonstrate strong decision making capability, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and effective during operational disruption.
