We are looking for a safety professional to support the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the safety framework across all ground operations.
Here's an opportunity to make your mark and take the lead in safeguarding ground operations by ensuring safety policies and procedures are consistently applied across all stations. This role sits at the heart of daily operations, where a proactive and vigilant approach keeps people, aircraft, and processes protected.
Key to this role is to drive and continuously enhance the Safety Management System, overseeing hazard reporting, maintaining risk registers, and monitoring safety performance. You will build an environment where safety is embedded in every action.
A core responsibility in this role will be to investigate incidents with precision using structured root cause analysis techniques to uncover underlying issues. You will deliver meaningful corrective and preventive actions, track trends, and share insights through clear, engaging safety communications.
Further, you will play a key role in evaluating operational changes by conducting Safety Risk Assessments (SRAs) and defining impactful safety performance indicators. Turn data into actionable improvements that deliver measurable progress and operational excellence.
Collaborative by nature, you will partner and work closely with station managers, ground handling partners, and internal teams to align on the highest safety standards. Build strong relationships that drive consistency, accountability, and shared success across the network.
Ensuring full compliance with General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) and International Air Transport Association (IATA) IOSA/ISAGO standards, you will play a key role in strengthening operational safety, audit readiness and continuous improvement across our ground operations network.

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 5 years in ground operations, and aviation safety management.
You are expected to be certified in ISO 9001:2015, and IOSA Airline Auditor Training.
You will possess hands-on experience conducting audits, inspections, and incident investigations as well as, a track record of managing compliance with global aviation regulations and liaising with authorities such as ICAO, FAA, or EASA.
