This critical role will be responsible for managing the planning, execution, and oversight of all Departure Control Systems (DCS) & Centralized Load Control (CLC) processes, system automation initiatives and training programs across the network.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include overseeing daily CLC activities, ensuring safe and accurate weight and balance calculations for all flights. Further, you will oversee centralized operations, manage remote teams, and ensure global standardization.
You will be the critical guardian of operational excellence, ensuring that our DCS, weight and balance operations, load planning systems, and automated tools not only function efficiently and safely but also set new industry benchmarks for precision and reliability.
Importantly, yours is a role which will lead initiatives to enhance system capabilities, streamline processes, and develop training frameworks to upskill check in process and load control personnel and ground handling partners.

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 10 years in ground operations with expertise in DCS, airline weight and balance. Your experience must include at least 5 years of supervision or managerial responsibility.
Sound knowledge of regulatory frameworks including GACA, ICAO Annex 6, IATA Ground Operations Manual, and IOSA/ISAGO standards are essential. Further, you must demonstrate a know-how of AHM 560/565 and qualifications from OEM for weight and balance engineering.
