About the Role

Are you ready to be on the front line of aviation security, ensuring safe and compliant operations across one of the world’s most dynamic regions?

 

As a security professional, you will support the delivery and monitoring of aviation security operations across assigned stations.

 

Acting as the primary station contact for security matters, you will coordinate daily security activities, ensure compliance with regulatory authorities, NCASP, and our standards, and maintain strong working relationships with ground handlers, airport authorities, and contracted security providers.

 

Your role will be central to implementing access control, screening, and aircraft protection measures while supporting audit readiness and regulatory compliance.

 

You will monitor adherence to the Air Operator Security Programme and Security Management System, conduct inspections and spot checks, and report findings and incidents to the Chief Security Officer.

 

Through clear reporting and communication, you will ensure timely escalation of risks, policy updates, and threat intelligence.

 

You will also support on the job security training and awareness initiatives, helping to embed a strong culture of security compliance across all station personnel. In addition, you will contribute to regional security planning and provide operational and administrative support to the wider aviation security team.

About You

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 4 years in aviation security or airport operations, preferably in the Indian Subcontinent.

 

You are expected to have proven experience in compliance monitoring, reporting, or regulatory liaison.
