About the Role

Are you experienced at handling visas, work permits, and licenses?

 

In this role, you will champion fair and transparent onboarding by ensuring equitable treatment and a smooth experience for all new joiners.

 

Your days will be spent actively working with and managing the full lifecycle of visas, work permits, iqamas, and documentation for domestic and international employees, maintaining meticulous records and keeping leadership informed of critical deadlines.

 

A natural relationship builder, you are expected to cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with government entities and regulatory authorities, ensuring seamless business operations and supporting organisational growth.

 

Importantly, a key part of your remit will be to monitor, interpret, and communicate new laws and regulations affecting the business, proactively ensuring compliance and advising stakeholders on regulatory impacts.

About You

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate at least 2 years of experience in Government Relations.
