Can you deliver seamless HR support that enables a high performing workforce in a fast growing, digitally native airline?
We are looking for an HR professional to provide comprehensive HR services and support to operational departments, ensuring efficient day to day HR delivery, compliance with labour laws and alignment with organisational values and objectives.
This role will act as a key point of contact for line managers and employees, advising on HR policies, procedures and employee related matters while supporting a consistent and professional employee experience.
You will support the development, implementation and communication of HR policies and guidelines, ensuring they are aligned with organisational culture and regulatory requirements.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will coordinate with Payroll, Recruitment and Government Relations teams to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations.
In addition, you will support performance management processes, prepare and draft official employee documentation, and contribute to engagement initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive working environment.
You will also represent HR in investigation meetings, prepare detailed reports and documentation, and ensure all processes are handled with confidentiality, accuracy and professionalism.
Through effective coordination, attention to detail and strong interpersonal engagement, you will support the delivery of a responsive and reliable HR function within a dynamic and evolving organisation.

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience, ideally within aviation, hospitality or a fast paced, growing organisation.
You will have a sound understanding of HR practices and labour legislation, with the ability to advise stakeholders confidently and professionally.
You will bring strong communication and interpersonal skills, a high level of discretion and professionalism, and the ability to manage employee matters with sensitivity and care.
Fluency in English is essential, with Arabic considered an advantage, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
