Can you architect a talent ecosystem that secures the future of aviation leadership and national capability?
We are looking for a talent professional to lead enterprise talent acceleration and workforce pipeline strategy, ensuring sustainable aviation capability, leadership continuity and long-term organisational readiness.
This role will design and govern hire-to-train and train-to-hire pathways, scholarship programmes, succession planning frameworks, high-potential (HiPO) development and executive coaching architecture aligned to strategic growth objectives.
You will facilitate enterprise Talent Reviews, calibrate succession pipelines and strengthen bench depth across critical operational, technical and leadership roles.
Working closely with key stakeholders, you will translate workforce forecasts, regulatory requirements and expansion plans into a measurable Talent Management strategy, supported by clear KPIs.
In addition, you will oversee structured management coaching, establish executive coaching governance, lead enterprise succession cycles with readiness categorisation, embed Individual Development Plans within performance frameworks, and apply skills intelligence to accelerate readiness.
Through rigorous needs analysis, competency mapping and data-led evaluation, you will ensure talent investments are targeted, scalable and aligned to operational risk mitigation and growth priorities.

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 8 years of sound experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role within a leading global airline.
You are expected to have demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a multinational and culturally diverse work environment.
