About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead our Employee Services and Onboarding functions, orchestrating the critical first chapter of every team member's journey with us. This role is critcal towards creating exceptional experiences that reflect our commitment to operational excellence and embody the warmth of Saudi hospitality.

 

As the architect of our onboarding excellence, you'll take full ownership of the end-to-end experience for thousands of new joiners annually. You'll lead the iconic RX Welcome/Hafawa Hub, ensuring every new colleague feels the RX difference from their very first interaction.

 

Your leadership will extend across critical Employee Services functions, including seamless management of government systems (QIWA, GOSI, Absher), visa applications, renewals, and separation processes.

 

A commitment to SLAs and service excellence will set the standard for how we operate, ensuring that world-class service isn't just a promise, it's our daily reality.

 

You'll need to be comfortable with complexity, energised by high volumes, and motivated by the opportunity to continuously enhance processes and elevate experiences. Your ability to ensure compliance while maintaining humanity and warmth will be key to your success in this role.

About You

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 8 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong background in employee lifecycle management and service delivery.

 

We’d love to hear from you even more if you have airline or aviation industry experience, particularly in areas related to service delivery and onboarding operations.

 

Proven expertise in team management, process improvement, HR systems, and project management would be advantageous as you will drive continuous improvement and innovation in how we welcome and support our growing team.
