Importantly, you'll define and lead the enterprise AI and data strategy and roadmap, transforming data into a strategic asset that supports growth and cost optimisation.
Acting as the organisation’s AI evangelist, you’ll drive education, adoption, and value realisation across the business.
Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders will be key, as you proactively manage risk, remove delivery obstacles, and foster continuous improvement.
Finally, you'll lead the development and enforcement of robust AI and data governance frameworks, policies, and standards, ensuring regulatory and compliance requirements are met.
Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 12+ years’ experience in data, AI, platform engineering, or related disciplines.
You will have excellent leadership skills, the ability to wear multiple hats and a track record of delivering results in fast‑paced environments.
