Are you passionate about building innovative loyalty products that create meaningful customer experiences and drive long-term engagement?
In this role, you will lead the development and delivery of Riyadh Air’s loyalty products and digital solutions, shaping experiences that strengthen member engagement, enhance partner value, and support the airline’s commercial ambitions.
You will play a key role in defining the loyalty product roadmap, translating business strategy into customer-centric products and services that deliver value across the entire member lifecycle.
Working closely with Loyalty, Innovation & Technology, IT, Digital, Commercial, and external partners, you will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from opportunity identification and product design through to launch, optimisation, and continuous improvement.
Importantly, your responsibilities will include identifying customer needs through research and market insights, developing innovative loyalty propositions, mapping member journeys, and delivering scalable digital solutions that enhance engagement across every touchpoint.
As a product leader, you will leverage customer insights, performance data, and emerging technologies to drive product innovation, measure success, and continuously optimise loyalty experiences that differentiate Riyadh Air in the market.
You will also oversee product performance, support investment and budget planning, and provide strategic recommendations that inform product direction, technology decisions, and future growth opportunities.

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 8 years in loyalty product management within Technology, Hospitality, Aviation, or digital product development.
You will have strong expertise in loyalty programmes, customer engagement strategies, digital products, and agile delivery, with the ability to translate customer insights into innovative, scalable solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
