About the Role

Are you ready to lead trade sales in the Kingdom’s largest indirect market and turn strong market presence into measurable share growth?

This role is central to commercial performance across the Central Province trade channel. It carries ownership of sales plans, revenue delivery, and market share growth across a strategically important market.

A core part of the role is leading the account management team across travel management companies, online travel agencies, and travel agents. The position also holds the most strategic agency relationships and sets a clear direction for coverage, focus, and performance.

Working closely with Lead Account Managers, this role drives weekly portfolio reviews, target setting, and coaching to raise execution standards. It also leads negotiations on commercial agreements, incentive structures, and joint marketing campaigns with top-tier partners.

The role calls for sharp commercial judgment across group demand, labor movement, and leisure traffic. Tactical action will be needed to support route performance on specific dates while keeping channel spend, incentive cost, and campaign investment within budget.

You will also surface market intelligence on competitor pricing, capacity, and agency performance to support pricing and network planning. In parallel, the role escalates channel system constraints, including New Distribution Capability (NDC), group handling, and corporate platform issues, and follows them through to resolution with internal teams.

This is a high-impact leadership role where your commercial instinct, market influence, and team direction will directly shape revenue growth and trade channel success.

About You

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 8 years of airline or travel commercial experience, including at least 5 years leading trade sales in Saudi Arabia.


You will bring established relationships across major travel management companies, online travel agencies, and travel agencies in the Central Province, along with strong distribution knowledge, commercial negotiation skills, analytical command of revenue and market share data, and the leadership presence to coach teams and deliver results in a fast-paced launch environment.
